SEPTEMBER 17, 2025 ~ COPPER CELLER, 7:00PM
East Tennessee ASHRAE Members,
We will hold our September 2025 chapter meeting on Wednesday, September 17th at the Copper Celler on Kingston Pike. Dinner will be served at 7:00pm. Please feel free to arrive as early as 6:00pm to socialize with other members, spouses, and friends of the HVAC industry. Copper Celler is located at 7316 Kingston Pike near west town mall. Dinner cost will be $35/person and will be payable by credit card check or cash at the banquet room. Nonalcoholic drinks are included with the dinner cost; however, all other drinks may be purchased at the restaurant bar.
We plan to have a short ceremony installing this year’s officers before we have the honor of hearing from our speaker for the evening Mr. Blake Forsythe. Our topic will be: Linking ASHRAE Chapter to Society: The Purpose of the Region.
We all know what our chapter does, and most of us have heard from Society leadership — but what about the region in between? Join us as Blake Forsythe, ASHRAE Region VII YEA Chair, explains the role of the region, why it matters, and how it bridges the gap between our chapter and Society.
Speaker Bio: Blake Forsythe is Sales Manager for Hobbs & Associates in East Tennessee, where he’s worked since 2017. A former University of Tennessee and professional baseball player, he later served as President of the East Tennessee ASHRAE Chapter (2021–2023) and now represents Region VII as YEA Regional Vice Chair.
